**QA Manager, Northern Ireland**
**Salary ranging from circa £30,000 - £40,000+ plus benefits**
We are recruiting for an exciting QA Manager role on behalf of a leading Food Manufacturer.
The role will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality and HACCP team
- Ensure the Quality standards are met
- Liaise with customers on the Quality Assurance requirements
- Ensure good hygiene practices
- Identify any quality problems and non-conformances
- Build and maintain good working relationships with customers and suppliers
- Work with the Technical Manager to ensure the technical and quality team are motivated, and fully trained on health and safety procedures
- Support in any recruitment
Essentials and Ideals:
- Food and FMCG experience
- Proven Quality experience
- Leadership skills
- Good communicator
- Positive and creative
**Salary**: ranging from circa £30,000 to £40,000+ (depending on experience)
