We have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Bid & Proposal Co-ordinator to join our Bid Management Team based in Leeds.

The role's key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Writing and developing content for tender responses which are bespoke to the client.
- Helping in the achievement of the sales target through quality submissions.
- Working with colleagues to fully understand our target clients and their needs.
- Liaising and networking with key personnel and external clients to ensure a seamless approach to Bid Management.
- Delivering on-time bespoke documents, and editing all content received from the business.
- Set challenging but attainable goals for yourself and others and clearly communicating deadlines.
- Working with the bid team to create marketing activity to fit within guidelines e.g., invites for events and case studies.
- Delivering high standards of work by supporting others to complete tender questions.
- Editing all content received to ensure meets standards and is bespoke to each prospect’s requirements.

Essential Skills:

- Excellent English and maths skills.
- Ability to communicate well in writing.
- Attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

- Some office experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
