Are you an experienced 2nd line Support Analyst looking for a new challenge?

One of our long-standing global technology partners are looking a Senior IT Support Analyst (2nd Line), this is a great opportunity to join at an exciting time as they are leading within their field and driving Energy Innovation.

As the Senior Support Analyst, you will be responsible for serving as a desktop support expert responsible for computer hardware, software (location specific or global) and peripherals.

You will mentor more junior team members, and act as an escalation point for unresolved issues. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to manage IT projects and delegate them across the team.

We can offer structured and rapid career progression, and ideally you would be looking to progress to Team Lead in the short term.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Serve as an escalation point for unresolved issues
- Assign and manage projects such as upgrades
- Provide second-line investigation and diagnosis.
- Resolve and close incidents and service requests as per help desk procedures and allocated timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a 2nd Line IT support role
- Driven to progress career
- Strong communication skills
