Programme Support Officer needed in Chichester £14.71ph ref 724375

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

This includes all aspects of programme governance, capturing meeting notes and actions, ensuring logs are up to date, chasing outstanding actions, working with other team members to ensure risks and issues are captured, preparing programme reports for keystakeholders, arranging meetings and workshops and assisting with programme planning.

The role will be remote but some travel to Chichester but may vary will be required. As meetings are held over Teams, a fast and reliable internet connection is required.

Key Skills:
1. Advanced analytical skills in order to interpret and manipulate varied and complex project/programme information.

2. Ability to organise, plan and meet set targets e.g. for provision of urgent reports required by customer, or to manage progress against plans to achieve successful outcomes.

3. Developed communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively with a range of high-level clients/stakeholders and create and maintain effective working relationship and provide coaching to clients/colleagues on process or documentation.

4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate problems and resolve issues independently, planning solutions and making sound pragmatic decisions.

6. Excellent literary and numeracy skills in order to carry out financial analysis and reporting.

Desirable The role is likely to last 6 months from start date.
