**About The Role**:
To contribute to the delivery of administration services, providing administrative support to the healthcare team. The role will include working within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, faxing etc.

HMP Wakefield is a category A men’s Prison located in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. The site currently offers a 24 hour service and have shifts patterns across these hours. The departments on site include Mental Health, Primary Care, In-patients, Pharmacy, Recovery and Inclusion & Admin.

The site has a friendly supportive team with a number of senior clinicians, and are able to offer a number of training opportunities both within the organisation and externally. This in turn creates opportunities for internal promotion.

All Staff also have access to onsite parking

This is a part time role working 25 hours per week, with an annual salary of up to £21,000 FTE pro rata depending on expeirence

**About You**:

- Wide ranging experience of office routines and procedures
- Working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience of working in an administrative role
- Experience of working in a customer care environment
- Experience of data submission and report production
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Intermediate IT skills
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Able to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word
