- A genuine passion for early years education and outdoor exploration.
- HNC qualified (or equivalent) with a strong understanding of the Care Inspectorate & SSSC standards.
- A team player who's well-organised, an excellent communicator, and eager to learn and share new ideas.
- Someone who loves the idea of donning their wellies, whatever the weather, to provide the best outdoor learning experiences.
