**Introduction**:
Are you a proactive and organized individual with a passion for ensuring high-quality care services? Our care office is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing carer rotas, ensuring coverage, scheduling new clients, and supporting the administrative functions of our office. This position is key to ensuring our care services run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Rota Management**: Create and manage rotas for domiciliary carers, ensuring that shifts are covered and that care services are provided as scheduled.
- **Coverage Assurance**: Monitor and adjust rosters as needed to ensure all shifts are covered, including arranging cover for any unexpected absences or changes.
- **Client Scheduling**: Schedule assessments and coordinate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring that their care needs are effectively planned and managed.
- **Reporting to Finance**: Track and report daily hours worked by carers to the finance department, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of information for payroll processing.
- **General Office Duties**:
**-**Answer phone calls and address inquiries or direct them to appropriate team members.
- Arrange and coordinate client assessments and follow-up appointments.
- Support general administrative tasks as required, including filing and data entry.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Relevant qualifications or experience in care coordination or administration is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in office software and systems (e.g., MS Office Suite and Roaring systems such as Careplanner)
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities effectively.
- Previous experience in a care coordination or administrative role is advantageous.
