**About the role**:
We’re looking for an exceptional Client Services and Workshop Administrator to join our fast-growing team at Hudson Kapel Fleet Solutions, helping to provide excellent Customer Service and Vehicle Management to large corporations.

The administrator will be responsible for providing a high level of Customer Service, professionalism, and organisation to the department to ensure SLA’s and customers’ needs are met.

You will be someone that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on attitude, a team player who proactively suggests areas for change and improvement within the department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Loading of vehicle movements with logistics suppliers
- Liasing with the Inspection Team and parts suppliers to price up and action vehicle inspection reports for the customer
- Managing of vehicles VOR to ensure and potential blockers are highlighted
- Quoting, ordering, receiving in and returning parts as requested
- Booking windscreens, dealers and processing any other requests from the customers such as recalls, adhoc tasks
- Monitoring of vehicles offsite/undergoing third party repairs via the dealer log
- Liasing with other areas of the business to ensure vehicles are processed accordingly
- Actioning any upgrades/downgrades of repairs or additional auth vehicles
- Communicating with the customer to distribute Passport Imagery inspections
- Providing relevant information and reporting to other areas of the business such as vehicle releases, pull lists, salvage vehicles
- Any requested reporting requirements
- Actioning any QC fails or outbound movement failures to ensure a quick turnaround

To action any other reasonable request from your Line Manager or Company Director and assist the team as applicable.

To undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of the job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
