Working as part of the Business Systems Delivery team, this role is responsible for the delivery of projects of various sizes, working closely with IT Business Analyst, IT software teams (development and testing), site operations teams, executives and clients.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Planning, incl. clearly defining the project scope
- Production of timelines, and definition of Deliverables and Milestones/Deadlines
- Ensure timely Delivery of Milestones and overall Execution of activities
- Liaise between various internal teams and stakeholder groups, as well as clients where relevant, whilst creating strong relationships
- Document and manage Actions, Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies
- Communicate Project progress, incl. blockers/delays and successes
- Maintain project Documentation and Governance
- Escalate issues to the Head of Business Systems Delivery where relevant
- Ensure smooth transition to BAU, incl. Service Management
- Support the Team in creating and maintaining best practices

**Key skills**:

- Experience with Logistics and/or Logistics systems essential
- Previous Project Management experience desirable in a Project Support or Junior Project Manager capacity (minimum 2 years)
- Project Management certification(s) such as Prince2, Prince2 agile, PMP, APM essential
- Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously desirable
