The current vacancy is for an innovative IT solutions organisation who are looking for a Test Team Lead to ensure a culture of high performance. Ideally you will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience working in similar roles and experience working within theEnergy market. You will have strong experience working in a Test Team Lead role with excellent leadership skills within a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities for the Test Team Lead:

- Experience leading and motivating test teams in a result-orientated environment
- Experience working in the energy sector - smart metering
- Proven experience with test strategy, test planning, implementation of test automation framework and defect management
- Software delivery experience to clients including release management, UAT and post-release support
- ISTQB certified
- Managing relationships, maintaining documentation, and dealing with multiple stakeholders

- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
