- disciplined contractor specialising in civil engineering, reinstatement and utilities.

RCE Ltd are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Traffic Management Operative, based in Coventry but working on projects Nationwide.

You will competent implementing, maintaining and removing Traffic Management across multiple sites. This includes 2-way/3-way/4-way traffic signals, road closures, lane closures and barriers.

**You must have one of following Lantra qualifications, other qualifications may be considered depending on the qualification**:
Minimum relevant tickets are 12D (M1/M2) and M5.

**Role/ Responsibilities**
- Working to site Traffic Management plans
- Implementing and maintaining traffic control measures
- You make sure all work is carried out according to safe working methods and requirements
- You will carry out risk assessments and method statements on works involving traffic management
- Manual control of traffic lights monitoring and adjusting to ensure safety and efficiency
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safe methods of working
- Being physically active throughout the day, attending multiple sites
- You will promote a positive company image whilst at work, wearing company branded PPE

**Additional Info**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
