ROLE:
An in-depth knowledge of CDD and Guernsey regulatory requirements would be beneficial.
Demonstrates excellent analytical, consultative, communication and judgment skills.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review stage of the customer reviews being undertaken by the processing team.
- Following all checklists accurately, ensuring the identification and verification of all customers in accordance with Guernsey regulations
- Sharing knowledge and expertise, efficiently and professionally
- Ensuring that all correspondence is accurate, reviewed then sent out in timely and professional manner
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
- Accurate with attention to detail
- Excellent Communication skill both written and verbal - essential for client servicing
- Adherence to standards and procedures
- Compliance / Regulatory monitoring / CDD / AML knowledge
- Problem solving
- Promotion of best practices
- Able to work on own initiative
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
ICA Cert./Dip. in Compliance / AML desirable
