Property Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Complete all pre-tenancy paperwork ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements and company policy
- Attend to property visits and carry out visits to tenanted or vacant properties
- Carry out inventories and check-in/-out reports, and ensure the reports are in line with the service standards
- Contact tenants to arrange lease renewals and negotiate rent increases
- Maintain daily operations for management of the tenancy, such as tenants’ background check, submission of deposit, rental collection and arrears chasing
- Respond to tenants’ requests and complaints
- Act as the initial point of contact and responses on landlords’ enquiries and complaints
- Update the in-house property management system
- Co-ordinate with branches outlets, lettings team and internal parties
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in lettings/estate agents, property management, business administration or a related field preferred
- Good command of English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Experienced in Rentman and Reapit will be an advantage
- Excellent customer service minded with good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Immediately available is highly preferred
**Salary**: £16,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
