This role is intended to support the Leadership Team by supporting with administrative and directed tasks. This will include attending and servicing board meetings. As a small/medium enterprise the post holder will be expected to support where necessary and within taught competencies including; day to day operational finance, human resources and recruitment, logistics, the training management system and team development where this supports the wider work of the Leadership Team.
This will include (and is not limited to):
Ø Ensure the highest possible level of support to the Leadership Team in keeping with the ethos and strategy of the Company is being delivered consistently;
Ø Supporting the management of the operations of the midlands regional office: ordering stationery; providing hospitality; monitoring stock levels and service contracts
Ø Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Ø Coordinate various projects within the team as required
Ø Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by the Leadership Team
Ø Deputise for the Support Service Team Leader were necessary and following training
Ø Service board meetings - take minutes, prepare board packs
Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
