We are a specialist ASC school located in Nottingham are looking to recruit passionate Teaching Assistants for September who are experienced at working within SEN settings supporting students with Autistic Spectrum Condition aged 3 - 19.

Your key areas of support will be working with students from primary age groups through to secondary, understanding that the needs of every child are unique and able to be empathetic & nurturing whilst also providing clear expectations.

Unique to this school, we have a multi-disciplinary support team including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists who work closely with the teaching team & support staff to create personalised pathways for each studentthat are rounded in learning & therapeutic outcomes. This is aimed at providing a more individual pathway which you will be pivotal in navigating with any students you may be assigned 1:1.

The school are going through an exciting phase of development. Combined with a strong and supportive senior leadership team they are looking for like minded Teaching Assistants to increase the standards of individual care and class support that is on offerto each and every student. Equally, we are keen to here from people who are able to reach the learners and challenge young enquiring minds; in turn, providing the best possible foundation for students to live independently in the future.
