**Requirements**:

- Awarded grade C and above in Maths and English (equivalent to grade 4 and above).
- Reliable
- Enthusiasm
- Can work effectively as part of a team
- Committed to work an academic year or the equivalent of 3 terms
- Available Full Time

**The Teaching Assistant Role**:
The successful Teaching Assistants will be working full time, long term within our fantastic Special Needs Schools situated in the borough of Brent.

- Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting children with complex and additional needs. Some of these needs will include Autism, MLD, SLD, PMLD and SLCN.

**Main responsibilities as an SEN Teaching Assistant**:

- Personal Care
- Managing Behaviour
- Monitoring Progression
- Assisting with Learning
