You will be working for a leading and award winning SuccessFactors Practice, you will have the responsibility of working across complex, large-scale SuccessFactors implementations for a range of high-profile clients.
You will have experience of leading cross-functional teams on large Global projects and managing business process design and transformation. This role offers the chance to work and collaborate with highly skilled teams and play a pivotal role in designing innovativesolutions for our clients.

This is a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest growing SAP Practices in the UK, working with a number of FTSE 100 companies. You will be leading SuccessFactors Implementation projects within your specialist area, leveraging diverse teams on globalprojects. Work alongside our award-winning Advisory team and other Business Units, you will be a key contributor to our clients pre-sales opportunities for some of the most exciting and cutting-edge HR Transformations.
Your Role
- Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps.
- Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and documents all solution architecture design.
- Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in SuccessFactors and supporting technologies.
- You will be required to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels within a client's organization, Strong experience in SuccessFactors integrations and able to articulate how the product is integrated within a full ERP estate.
- Lead high performing teams that can work flexibly, incorporating both on and offshore delivery models.
- You will have strong knowledge of SuccessFactors across multiple modules and experience in working across multiple HR domains.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
- Familiar with supporting technologies such as Qualtrics & SAP WorkZone, and how they enhance employee experience.
- Experience in leading pre-sales activities and articulating the benefits SuccessFactors brings to clients.
- Good understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice.
