**Your team**

Invesco EMEA serves a breadth of clients including financial advisors, pension funds, and insurers. Our customers have complex and unique investment needs, which we are uniquely positioned to deliver through 13 investment centres with expertise in equities, fixed income, and alternatives.

Marketing seeks to connect client needs with our capabilities by creating effective, accountable, multi-channel communications which educate, encourage and support our clients. Digital Growth and Engagement Marketing drive multi-market campaigns, digital channel activation, and adoption and advancement of the latest martech channels to achieve results.

**Your role**

We are looking for our next EMEA Head of Growth and Engagement Marketing on a 12 months fixed-term contract based in our EMEA headquarter in Henley-on-Thames or Frankfurt am Main office. In this role you’ll shape and evolve a cross-channel acquisition, nurturing and lead handover strategy. Using data and the latest martech to evolve our client engagement strategy towards a deeply relevant, personalized, and digital first approach

The challenge in this role will be to create intelligent, trackable, and connected client journeys within our marketing channels, delivering high impact customer insights and sales leads. Helping us to continuously improve our outcomes through an optimum use of digital channels and highest quality campaign management and delivery.

- Lead and enable a hard-working, EMEA-wide team of digital marketing experts working as change agents to implement new strategies, drive standard methodologies, and foster collaboration, whilst also supporting individual career growth and development within Invesco.
- Use data & insight to set and lead a strategic vision for our digital channels, elevating the program through continuous improvement and providing practical insights for deeper levels of segmentation, targeting, personalization, and testing strategies
- Enable effective use of our channels for prospect management, targeting high quality leads and driving inbound traffic to Invesco’s websites, ensuring onward journeys for nurture and conversion

**Work Experience Requirements**:

- Deep and broad understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies, tactics and standard methodologies which deliver commercial outcomes from marketing investment
- Experience of working with martech to deliver impactful channel strategies based on the principle of using data to target audiences for relevance
- Understanding of complex customer journeys and mapping the buying process to digital activities across the marketing funnel, including connecting cross-channel and offline activities
- Proven experience drawing practical insights from digital channel KPIs and other performance metrics to advise and shape business strategy
- Very strong partner management experience and skills - ideally a natural influencer with the ability to communicate at all levels and effect change by building consensus and support in a matrixed organization
- Strong team management, development & mentor skills
