Demolition Site Supervisor

Key Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Demolition Site Supervisor to work for a well-established company in Fareham.

You will be responsible for managing teams, working in line with method statements that the company provide, ensuring work is carried out in a methodical sequence, efficiently and safely. You will be expected to fill in site paperwork which consists of induction/dailybriefings to the site team and daily diaries. As a supervisor, you will also get involved with manual work so a hands-on attitude is beneficial.

At least 5 year’s demolition experience is essential with a minimum of 1 year’s Supervisory experience.

The main areas of work are Hampshire and surrounding counties.

The demolition specific CSCS card, known as CCDO (Certificate of Competence for Demolition Operatives) is preferred.

Asbestos Awareness is preferred

Good communication skills are required

Drivers licence essential.

Hours of work will be Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30 (40 hours per week).

The pay rate is £14.00 per hour (PAYE).
