We are looking to appoint a professional and organised junior admin to work in one of our London office. We are particularly keen to talk to anyone who thrives on working within a busy and fast-paced environment and who enjoys providing great service to clients and team members alike. In this role, you will be required to provide competent and efficient administrative support to our busy office environment. A typical day will include preparing property details and uploading to our website, liaising with other departments to arrange floor plans and photography as we commence the marketing process for our clients, weekly statistics, lead allocation and tracking and generally being the "go to" person in the office. You will be well presented, a great communicator, proficient in Microsoft office and have the desire to deliver for the team. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**: Oversee all Leads of Initiatives and support: - Receive / Forward Leads to Associates - Monitor, Verify and Redistribute leads - Track the leads and conversion rate Approve / Maintain Property Details / Window Display - Go through list of properties on system and approve them - Create new property brochures - Check availability and update details if necessary - Update and print brochures for cabinet - Update new property details on systems - Check window on a weekly basis - Change price if there is any price reduction - Update properties for under offer/let, etc. Assist Agents with Sales / Lettings Progression - Update sales progression on board - Follow up with lettings progression Procurement (Stationary, Pantry) - Order supplies when required - Received supplies - Check delivery note General administration - Maintain documents for sales/lettings in administration drawer - General tidiness - Tea and coffee for important guests - Help associates with queries and problems - Assist the office manager in other ad-hoc duties - Filing New Associates Induction - Take photocopies of identity - Submit membership profile forms to Head Office - Provide orientation pack - Set training dates The successful Office Coordinator Apprentice will have: - Strong Communicator - Excellent computer skills with experience of Microsoft Office esp. Word, Excel - Excellent attention to detail - Planning and organizing skills for yourself and others - Proactive work attitude - Some experience in Graphic or Digital Editing **Salary**: £16,945.78-£22,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Company pension - Referral programme Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - A-Level or equivalent (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Work Location: In person Reference ID: JAC21LN170823
