**Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator**

**Location: Bristol / Bath**

**Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Bonus & Benefits**

Our client is searching to find a skilled and motivated Financial Planning Administrator to join the existing team in the South West and provide support to a number of existing Independent Financial Advisers, (IFA’s) and members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). You will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to existing clients while contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative assistance to your dedicated IFA, including but not limited to managing calendars, arranging client meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Utilise your technical proficiency in financial planning tools, software, and systems to streamline processes, analyse data, and assist in the creation of financial plans and investment strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the IFA in servicing client accounts, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries, managing documentation, and assisting in delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team, contributing insights, participating in strategy sessions, and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and business growth.
- Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry, ensuring all administrative practices and client interactions adhere to compliance standards.
- Foster a positive and engaging working relationship with the IFA, embracing their affinity for good-hearted banter while maintaining professionalism and delivering outstanding support.
