As Customer Service Advisor, your core responsibilities will include providing first-class customer service, offering advice and support on our products, processing orders and returns, and contributing to the achievement of team KPIs. You'll also have the opportunity to up-sell and cross-sell other products that may interest our customers, as well as managing our Trust Pilot reviews and courier claims.

You'll need to be able to manage your time effectively and work efficiently within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. We're looking for individuals who can multi-task, think on their feet, and take a conscientious, process-driven approach to their work.
