Work as an Early Years Teaching Assistant opportunity for the remainder of the academic year at a charming two form primary school based in the heart of Manchester
This Early Years Teaching Assistant would be ideal for an experienced TA / LSA or a graduate / university student who is eager to build up classroom experience across early years phases.

**Early Years Teaching Assistant - About the role**:
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant you would be working alongside an early years teacher, supporting pupils to ensure they make expected academic and social progress. There is a potential to be working with students who make have additional learning difficulties.

**Early Years Teaching Assistant - This role will offer you the opportunity to**:

- Build up your early years, primary school & SEN experience
- Strengthen & develop your classroom knowledge & skills
- Work alongside experienced qualified primary teachers
- Support an early years classroom
- 1:1 work with a student with additional needs
- Patient, compassionate and engaging manner
- Build strong relationships, working 1:1 and within a class
- Passion for education, schools and learning
- Strong communications skills
- Good availability, being able to work under short notice
- A real enthusiasm for inspiring and supporting pupils
- Prior SEN and education experience is desirable
