You’ll use your Wealth Management compliance experience to provide group-wide compliance advice, guidance and support at all levels. You’ll work closely with 1st line to ensure compliance with all relevant FCA regulations.

You’ll undertake horizon scanning, identifying and analysing any regulatory changes, ensuring compliance policies and processes evolve to meet the changing demands of the regulatory environment.

You’ll also perform 2nd line monitoring, providing root cause and trend analysis via MI to the management team as well as reviewing and approving financial promotions.

You’ll have gained good Compliance experience in a wealth management or employee benefits environment and will be able to act as a 'critical friend’ to the business, providing constructive challenge as and when required.

And you’ll be highly values driven. You’ll share the firm’s desire to deliver the best customer experience and outcomes.
