**Job Title: Occupational Health Administrator**

**Location: Eccles, Manchester**

**Salary: £20,250**

**Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (30 Minutes Lunch Break)**

**The Role**:
We are looking for a Administrator to become a part of our Occupational Health Department. Previous administration experience is essential although full training will be provided to you.

The role will be working within the biological monitoring team and you will also provide general administration support to the Occupational Health department as and when required.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Contact clients to determine biological monitoring requirements
- Creation and distribution of relevant kits
- Data entry and subsequent reporting of results
- Management of stock
- Liaison with the laboratory for stock and general advice in terms of biological monitoring
- Actively identify new clients for biological monitoring
- Provide generalist admin support to the OH team
- Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities as required
- Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job.
- Knowledge of all Microsoft packages and advanced excel skills
- Trouble shooter - having responsibility for ensuring any issues are dealt with in a timely manner and communicated effectively to clients
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and quick thinking
- Good communication skills at all levels as well as a good phone manner
- Well organised, analytical with good attention to detail.

**Salary**: £20,250.00 per year
