Within the walls of Conwy Castle lies The Jackdaw, restaurant of Chef Nick Rudge.
Providing a Tasting Menu during dinner services on Tuesday to Saturday and a 5 course Tasting Menu on Friday and Saturday lunches.

Following the amazing success of The Jackdaw at Home takeaway service during the lockdown of 2021. After a great start we are now expanding our front of house team and are in need of full time staff.

**Job description**

The applicant must be experienced in a previous front of house role.

Successful applicants will be friendly, enthusiastic, confident and passionate with a willingness to learn.

All employees will be required to work a mix of lunch and dinner services and will also be required to work weekends. Staff meals will be supplied on split shifts.

Successful applicants will be tasked with (amongst other tasks):

- Preparing and setting up the restaurant for service
- Serving guests as directed by the restaurant manager

Previous experience working a bar is necessary.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
