We are looking for a Full Time Night Porter.

Working hours are between 10 pm and 7 am.

Previous hotel experience would be a huge advantage however full training will be given. Duties include:

- Ensuring building is secure at all times during the night and performing regular building checks throughout shift.
- Checking in late arrivals and checking out early departures ensuring all payments have been taken and providing invoices to guests.
- Cleaning tasks and ensuring ground floor areas are clean tidy and presentable at all times
- Reporting any maintenance issues to management.
- Updating booking sites to ensure availability is accurate at all times
- Setting up breakfast service
- Assisting hotel guests with any enquiries or issues during their stay.
- Maintaining a safe working environment and relaying any potential risks to management.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift and that a full and thorough hand over takes place a the end of the shift.
