As a retail security officer, you will be working in a well-known retail store, providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike, as well as acting as a visual deterrent to help prevent/minimise stock loss. You will be representing BardWoodand our client, providing a service to the highest standards in a fast-paced, prestigious store. The position requires you to have a high level of self-presentation, customer service & communication skills are essential along with a positive/helpful attitude.

**Shift pattern**:Various days in a week must be flexible in terms of days that will work, 48hrs per week.

**Rates**: £12.45 to £12.75
**Location**:Bicester OX26 6WD

**Role requirements**:

- SIA badge
- Communication must be to the highest standards
- Customer focus must be to the highest standards
- 5-year checkable work/career history.
- Full confidence to be able to work in a one-man store.

**Required duties**:

- Patrol Retail Store Premises, Investigate Disturbances, and Monitor Entry and Exit Points of the shopping centre.
- Call Help in Emergency Situations, Circulate Among Visitors, and Operate Theft Detecting Devices.
- Dealing With Large Crowd, Building Customer Relations
