HICA has a new opening at The Lodge for a hard-working, attentive and professional individual to become our new Team Leader at The Lodge, our innovative and modern residential facility.

The Lodge is made up of five separate nursing and residential communities centred around beautiful secure gardens and our Market Square that offers our residents access to a cinema, café, hairdressers and activity hubs where a dedicated activities team host creative and dementia-friendly events.

**£400 retention bonus - **You will be paid £200 after completing 3 months’ service with us, and upon successful completion of your 6 month probation period, you will also receive another £200 (Pro rata for PT employees)

**Rate of Pay: £11.50 p/h, rising to £11.80 after 6 months.**

**Contracted hours: 42 hours p/w (Nights)**

Working on a rota basis, the Team Leader will lead a team of Care Workers within one of our dedicated communities to ensure our residents are comfortable and supported to the highest standards throughout the night. The successful applicant will also be expected to administer medication in line with our clients’ individual needs as well as updating and maintaining care plans and documentation.

This is a fantastic opening for someone who has previously worked at this level, or an experienced Carer looking to take that important next step in their career in care.
