Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
- Ensuring the stock is efficiently managed, with good organization skills and understanding of how to make sure stock never runs out
- Store is attractively displayed and pricing is correct on a daily basis.
- Ensuring stock loss, man-hours and costs are controlled efficiently.
- To recruit and train new staff.
- Coaching, motivating and developing the store sales team to achieve personal and store objectives.
- Ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and merchandising are upheld within the Shop.
- Maintaining the security of the shop premises, stock and all shop monies.
- Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to the director.
- Manage the store fully during the absence of director.

**Salary: £ 28,000 (Per Annum)**

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
