**Hourly Rate**:we pay **£13.15** **ph** (weekdays 7am - 7pm) / **£14**(weekday evenings / weekends) **enhanced rates for public holidays**.

**Mileage: £0.35 per mile**

- availability to work **12 - 20hrs** during the week
- availability to work at least **4 days**per week (including Fridays)
- availability to work **2 weekends**each month
- full **legal right to work in the UK** - We **do not**have license **to issue CoS**:

- a **full UK driving licence** (or equivalent)
- your **own vehicle** - this role is **not suitable for 'Walkers'**

**The role (typical daily tasks)**:
Our clients depend on our team of dedicated CareGivers to help and support them with the activities of daily living in their own homes. Typical tasks include:

- companionship (hobbies, trips out, shopping etc)
- medication administration / assistance
- personal care (mínimal assistance is all that is sometimes required)
- assisting clients living with Dementia
- meal preparation
- light housekeeping
- catheter / STOMA care
- and much more...

**Hours of availability**: you must be available to work at least 4 hours per day (one of these days being a Friday). You can do more hours if your availability permits.

**Location**:Gillingham, Rainham, Chatham, Rochester, Kent and surrounding areas - _we aim to keep you close to your local area however, must be prepared to work anywhere in Medway._

Regardless of whether you already have care experience or not, and whatever your existing commitments might be, so long as you share our values, we will train you to our required standard. You will be in good company as most of our Care Assistants are not from a care background, yet all are great at their roles. Those with previous care experience are equally welcome. to apply. You may have previously worked in retail, education, leisure travel, the NHS, veterinary care, or hospitality and have the desired transferable skills.
