We're looking for a knowledgeable Marketing and Communications Consultant to join ourteam You'll be involved in all aspects of the marketing mix and help our team to inspire our members, visitors and supporters in an ever-changing and highly competitive environment.

What it's like to work here You'll be a leading member of the National Trust's in-house marketing and communications consultancy. You'll work collaboratively with experts across the region and nationally, to bring our work to life so people will visit and engage with us.

What you'll be doing You'll lead the planning of inspiring, audience-focussed and integrated marketing and communications across London and the South East. You'll use your expertise to support the wider regional team, the national team and properties to effectively plan, align,deliver and evaluate activity.

Who we're looking for You'll need to have:

- Ability to deliver strategic, audience-first marketing plans to support business goals
- Effective leadership and influencing skills
- Experience of line managing and inspiring a team, enabling them to plan, deliver and evaluate high-performing marketing activity
- Understanding of marketing and communications trends in the heritage and visitor attraction sectors
- Extensive experience of managing contentious issues in the media, advising colleagues on mitigating risk and showing leadership in a crisis situation
- Experience of briefing and managing external agencies and suppliers
- Use and commissioning of data and insight to inform evaluation
- Excellent organisation skills
- Budget management skills
