**Who will you be supporting?**
- We are different in lots of ways, that's what makes us unique Our ages ranging between 37 and 66 years old.
- We all have individual needs, including mobility issues, non-verbal communication, and require personal care, with only one of us being independent.
- We all have different challenges in our lives which include autism, learning disabilities, dysphagia, and communication difficulties.

**What is important to us?**
- We are all proud of the house we live in and how homely it is with all our bedrooms being unique and personalised to us.
- We enjoy going for days out, meals out, concerts and going to the theatre. We also enjoy listening to music. One of us is in a band, has a drum kit and karaoke in our bedroom and is also a DJ.
- We like to go shopping in our village and one of us likes to go to the train station and watch the trains or take a ride.
- We are sociable, friendly, and like to have banter with our support team.
- We would prefer individuals that have the same interest as ourselves, as well as being fun and outgoing.

**Other information?**
- Our local community is in walking distance and comprises of a number shops, restaurants, takeaways, and a library
- Our staffing levels include two, or more, staff in the morning and afternoon, one waking night and a sleep in.
- The shifts of our staff vary depending on our activities but our usual shifts are 7am - 2pm, 9am - 5pm, 2pm - 9pm and 2pm - 10am sleep
- We would like someone who enjoys the same activities that we enjoy doing on a day-to-day basis. You should be caring, friendly and empathetic. We will train you in all mandatory training as well as any specialised training needed in our home.
