**Our Ely based client is recruiting for a hands-on Manufacturing Team Leader.**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Leading an allocated team to achieve scheduled manufacturing targets
- Continually drive cross-training and development of your team members to improve quality, output and increase flexibility within the work area
- Support and drive problem solving and quality/process/performance improvement
- Maintaining high levels of attention to detail at all times, recording and communicating accurate technical measurements and readings
- Participate in recruitment and performance management processes

**Requirements**:

- Strong people and leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor colleagues
- A practical 'hands on’ approach with several years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to interpret, follow and train operators to Standard Operating Procedures
- High level of mechanical aptitude and attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus
- Proven ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and work effectively in a team environment

**Working Hours**:Monday to Thursday 6am to 2:30pm and Fridays 6am to 1pm
