**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Coffee Process Maintenance Manager, the Electrical Lead will be responsible for all site electrical infrastructure and electrical safe systems of work. Collaboration is key as you will provide electrical support to all other teams where required and lead the process electrical maintenance team.

**_ Key Responsibilities_**
- Responsible for all areas of site electrical compliance and electrical site infrastructure
- Ownership of Site Electrical Standards, driving compliance.
- Management of key contracts including Central Power, Rockwell, UPS, quality equipment
- Provide Electrical support across all areas of site
- Develop, manage, and improve PM regimes and schedules including statutory requirements and plant outages/shutdowns, ensuring SAP is utilised effectively
- Manage the electrical maintenance budget to AOP
- Provide key performance indicators to demonstrate maintenance performed and improvements.
- Promote a safety conscious working environment where all engineering personnel adopt safe working practices
- Maintain regular daily contact with Shift and Technical Leads to be fully aware of the production status and ensure maintenance issues are being dealt with effectively.
- Lead small improvement and capital projects related to electrical infrastructure, maintenance and obsolescence.
- Lead RCAs solving complex plant electrical issues and establishing preventative measures.
- Develop site electrical strategy including maintenance, obsolescence, training, associate development and improving asset availability
- Promote a safety conscious working environment, raising awareness, compliance and championing electrical safety on site.
- Application of existing HV competency, or the desire to develop these skills as a part of the role.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have Electrical HNC or equivalent and experience in
- Proven leadership capability in challenging situations
- Demonstratable experience of team management
- Experience in 11kV systems, ideally certified in HV Operational Safety or similar
- Understanding and experience of maintenance systems and techniques
- Knowledge of business systems (SAP)
- Excellent communication skills, prepared to challenge at all levels
- Proven and inspiring technical leadership, empowering the team to deliver great results
- Understanding of relevant UK and European standards, codes of practice and procedures
- Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation, initiative, and commitment
