We’re proud of our reputation for reliability, quality, and customer care, and we’re looking for a motivated Office Team Member to join our expanding team in Canterbury.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

Schedule and coordinate engineer visits, installations, and service calls.

Prepare and process quotes, invoices, and job documentation.

Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring efficient communication between office and field staff.

Support on-site colleagues and remote workers with day-to-day operational needs.

Assist with ordering equipment, parts, and managing stock where required.

Contribute to continuous improvements in office processes and systems.

**Skills & Experience**

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Experience working in an office environment (essential).

Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work well with both in-office colleagues and remote team members.

Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the automotive, engineering, or service sector is desirable but not essential.
