Door Supervisor

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Monitor the entrance and exit of the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular surveillance of the venue using CCTV systems.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring the wellbeing of all individuals on-site.
- Manage crowd control effectively, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, including any actions taken during shifts.
- Uphold licensing regulations and company policies at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a security role is preferred.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
- Knowledge of working a licenced venue, and must hold SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- First aid certification is desirable; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Must be able to commute or drive to location

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £13.35-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

- Weekend availability

- Sheerness ME12 1AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Security: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- SIA Door Supervision License (required)
