Key Responsibilities:

- Distribute clean and properly sized uniforms to staff members at the beginning of each shift, collecting used ones for laundering.
- Organize and maintain inventory of all uniforms, including tracking each piece for inventory control and replacement purposes.
- Inspect returned uniforms for any damages or wear and arrange for repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Coordinate with laundry and dry-cleaning services to ensure that uniforms are cleaned and returned on schedule.
- Assist in fitting new team members for uniforms and ensuring they are issued appropriately sized items.
- Maintain an organized uniform room, ensuring uniforms are stored neatly and in good condition.
- Keep detailed records of uniform inventory, laundering schedules, and issuance logs for efficient tracking and budgeting.
- Ensure that all uniforms meet the restaurant’s presentation standards, handling special requests when needed.
- Report any inventory shortages, laundry delays, or other issues to management to ensure smooth operation.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the uniform room.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Uniform Room Attendant, Laundry Attendant, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to keep accurate records and manage inventory effectively.
- Ability to communicate well with team members and respond to uniform requests in a professional and helpful manner.
- Basic knowledge of laundry, fabric care, and minor repairs is a plus.
- Physical ability to manage and organize uniforms, including lifting and sorting items.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility for maintaining a well-organized uniform room.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by the restaurant’s schedule.
