**Workshop Manager - Mercedes Benz**

We have a rare opportunity for a result focussed Workshop controller to join our high performing team at our Mercedes Benz dealership. You may already be a successful Workshop Controller, and you could be looking to take your aftersales career to the next level, we would love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilising the resources in the workshop to achieve budgeted financial and operational objectives without compromising the quality of the work produced, ensuring at all times the highest level of customer experience.
- Ensuring effective communication between the Workshop and Front of House team to deliver the highest level of service to our customers.
- Leading, coaching and developing the Workshop team to elevate their performance and behaviours whilst delivering results, holding regular reviews and team meetings.
- Ensuring appropriate resource management overseeing the workflow through the workshop to achieve the highest levels of productivity, efficiency and utilisation.
- Maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times to ensure a clean and safe working environment in the workshop.
- Driving and maintaining a team culture of high performance and excellence

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working within in a main-dealer workshop, current workshop controller or assistant manager is a necessity.
- A solid understanding of the technical requirements needed to manage a team of technicians to deliver high standards of workmanship.
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- An NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair would be advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with a logical and methodical approach.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- A valid driving licence which is free from excessive penalties.
