**What will you be doing?**
- Monitoring site security and integrity from the Security Control Room and on patrol.
- Fully investigate incidents and take necessary action escalating where required.
- Assist emergency services attending the site.
- Maintaining shift communications through a variety of channels, radio, phone and written.
- Understand and demonstrate full compliance with Branch Opening and closing Procedures to minimise risk to our business.
- Understand and use the relevant systems & procedures to prevent theft or damage of Partnership property. And makes recommendations for improvement
- Take an active part in supporting Partners who use the Head Office Campus.
- Assist in the inspection and compliance measurement of the Campus buildings.
- Act as the Chief Evacuation Marshal during drills and evacuations as required, completion post evacuation reports.
- Play a vital role in the recovery of the business in case of service failure or other situation providing assistance where required to recover the campus.
- Ensure customers are at the centre of all operational decisions, through role modelling outstanding customer service.
- Act with confidence and professionalism.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of how the campus operates and relevant Partnership procedures.
- Provides advice and guidance to Campus users.
- Deliver outstanding service to Partners, customers, visitors and contractors through all channels.

**What you'll have**
- Excellent communication skills across a variety of stakeholders.
- Can demonstrate the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Proven ability to act on own initiative and take responsibility for decision making, ability to challenge when necessary.
- Excellent customer service skills.

**What else could you bring?**
- Good knowledge of CCTV, access control and current security systems.
- Crime prevention experience.
- Proven investigation skills.
