Salary £24,000-£32,000 DOE
Company Van provided + work phone + standard pension
Health insurance package, 25 days + holiday and sick pay. Lots of OT opportunities.
8.30-5 door to door.
The engineer would be covering the Southwest.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of my clients, a giant in the garage industry. They are looking for an experienced engineer who considers themselves an all-rounder with a strong work-ethic who can hit the ground running. The role involves the installing,calibrating, servicing and repairing of a range of heavy duty in ground and mobile brake testers as well as all kinds of garage lifts. There are endless progression opportunities within this ever-expanding company for anyone willing to throw themselves intothis exciting opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities:
Installing, calibrating, servicing and repairing a range of heavy duty in ground and mobile brake testers.
Installation, service, repair and calibration of all types of vehicle lifts.
Fault finding and investigation on breakdowns, replace necessary parts and then ensure that the equipment is in good working order once repaired and carry out the relevant tests.
The majority of the work will be service, calibration of brake testers and repairs of lifts.
Will be using a PDA to log information.
Will be covering their own patch - the SW.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Someone with a solid background in brake tester service.
Likewise, knowledge of lifts and columns.
Strong work ethic. They want someone who can throw themselves into it.
Benefits Package:
*Salary: £24,000-£32,000 DOE

*OT rates at 1.25x, 1.5x Sat, 2x Sun.
