Are you experienced in data analytics and have been working as an Assistant Manager or above for a minimum of 3 years?
Looking for a role where you can really make a difference and support Regatta Professionals’ strategic growth initiatives.
If so, we have a brilliant opportunity for a** Merchandising Planner **to join our Regatta Professional Merchandising team in our state-of-the-art head offices in Manchester.
**The Impact you will have in this role is**:
- Seasonal product volume forecasted in line with budget and commercial sales plans
- Category analysis data (including sell through, profitability, key line performance) produced and recommendations made, helping direct range development that maximises profits.
- Stock monitored weekly and monthly in line with sale performance, with appropriate action taken, reporting on any sales risk, OTB requirements or potential overstock concerns
- The weekly and monthly sales reports produced and distributed.
- Supply chain issues identified and reported with problems and delays dealt with as they arise.
- Liaison with the Export and logistics teams, with stock available at the right time and into the right warehouse achieving plan.
- Relationships built and close work within the field, market and channel teams with plans
executed effectively, and stock levels communicated and agreed and in line with plans
- Additional responsibilities undertaken as directed by Line Manager.
**As our future Merchandising Planner** you wil**l:
- Minimum 3 years' experience at Assistant Merchandiser level or above
- Understanding of supply chain and warehousing
- Understanding of Industry standard Merchandising best practice
- Experience in data analytic
- Ability to communicate effectively both 1-2-1 and in larger groups
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Strong organisation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft platforms
- Knowledge and user experience of Planning and Merchandising systems
- Familiar with data analytics solutions
