We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our growing team
**Main Purpose of the job**:
Assisting our Plant Buyeing team with day-to-day duties

**Key tasks**:

- Timely creation of new product codes and associated master data with regards to changing products from suppliers.
- Updating our website with in or out of stock products and associated collections/borders and combination product groups.
- Administration and coordination of stock items
- Working closely with internal teams re stock
- Drawing up reports to analyse year on year product sales
- Assisting with purchasing stock items whilst other buyers are out of the office
- Produce & check intranet reports
- Releasing orders
- Checking delivery notes & notifying suppliers of any shortages
- Chasing outstanding orders
- Updating cost & retail prices
- Catalogue checking
- Participate in supplier and trade show visits both in the UK & potentially within the EU
- Updating pick runs report
- Any other reasonable duties/requests as required

**Skills & experience required**:

- Intermediate Excel skills essential
- Previous administration experience and knowledge of stock management systems
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player, willing to get involved and work cross-functionally where requiredINDMANAGE
