**Online IELTS Tutor**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team. As a Tutor, you will play a crucial role in providing educational support and guidance to students. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and helping students reach their academic goals.

**## Responsibilities**
- Teach IELTS to students through online sessions.
- Coach on all IELTS modules: Writing, Reading, Listening, and Speaking.
- Develop and implement customised lesson plans based on students' needs and goals.
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.
- Administer mock tests and assess students' progress.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Use various teaching methods and resources to enhance learning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure student success.
- Contribute to program and curriculum development and assessment.
- Maintain training decorum and discipline.

**## Requirements**
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching roles
- Bachelor's degree in English/Education or a related field (essential).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly international doctors.
- Result-oriented, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adaptable teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with students.
- Strong interest in teaching and motivated to help students achieve high scores.

Pay: £15.00-£30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
