Cardiff Taco Bell is a leading Mexican-inspired quick service restaurant brand. With the continued growth across the UK there is a real opportunity to join an exciting brand and develop with us. Full training is available but there is a real emphasis on general support.

**What will the Shift Supervisor do?**
- Work with the Assistant manager giving feedback and advice on the store.
- Motivate and lead a shift.
- Provide the customer with a fist class experience by example.
- Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
- Maintain Health and Safety standards across the store.

**What skills with the Shift Supervisor Require?**
- Great communicator
- Remain Level under pressure
- Reward and recognise staff efforts and achievements
- Have great customer service experience.
