We are excited to announce new opportunities available now to join our team of passionate **Business Development Executives** working fully remote

In this is fast paced and exciting role you'll be responsible for contacting clients who wish to sell their home; guiding customers through the sales process with YOPA, arranging free valuations and generating new listings, as well as promoting YOPA's additonalproducts and services which Include Mortgage Advice and Conveyancing Support with completely uncapped commissions available

- Induction held onsite at our award winning customer contact centre In Hinckley, Leicestershire (travel provided) followed by regular monthly visits across our sites In Hinckley and Watford

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prospecting calls to clients who wish to sell their property, arranging free property appraisals and generating new property listings
- Promotion of Yopa's products and services, Identifying sales opportunities with clients and advising on additional products and services such as Mortgage Advice and Conveyancing Support
- Build, nurture and prepare a pipeline of clients who may not be ready to come onto the market just yet
- Aim to deliver excellent customer service at all times by carefully listening to all customers requirements, maintaining accurate records of all communications and ensuring all necessary follow-up action is taken at the earliest opportunity

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to probe effectively when establishing a customers needs
- Experience of upselling and cross-selling desirable
- Active listener with the ability to objection handle
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills; manage multiple tasks while maintaining accurate attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- An understanding of the Estate Agency industry is desirable but not essential
- Experience with SalesForce CRM systems desirable
- flexible attitude to working hours
