Through a series of placements, you will get stuck into the day-to-day tasks of running our business, as well as contributing to our long-term strategic vision and success. This is a hands-on programme in which you need to step out of your comfort zone,challenge others and make your ideas a reality. Every day you will learn and develop your skills with the ideal outcome of becoming a dedicated Account Manager for Odyssian Sales looking after your own clients.

How about leading sales and training seminars? How would it sound to manage a Salesand Marketing team of 35 people? How about developing sales strategies for exciting new markets, or even influencing what our Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn strategies should look like?

Your projects will expose you to the breadth and depth of challenges only a start-up entrepreneurial company can provide. This will give you the big-picture understanding and foresight it takes to begin to lead positive change - so that we deliver our strategicvision and client promise.

You will have the opportunity to work in different roles within various areas of the business. This will mean motivating and inspiring diverse teams whilst cultivating a network of mentors, you will have an opportunity to work with all our campaigns, inEvents, residential and B2B.

Throughout the programme, various managers will support and nurture your development - and ensure you are given the chance to learn and practisethe skills you will require as a leader in future roles.
