**About the role**

As Digital Services Coordinator you will provide excellent customer service, reporting and resolving issues to ensure services meet customer needs. You'll report on user feedback and system data to contribute to future improvements. Before updates are released, you'll collaborate on UAT testing to ensure they meet requirements. The focus will be to support the delivery, maintenance and development of ExamBuilder, with support also required for OCR Train and Active Results during key periods.

**About you**

You will be customer-focussed innovative individual who can communicate well with customers to identify their needs, and then collaborate with the team to find and implement solutions.

You will be able to prioritise and manage a variety of complex tasks simultaneously, using your attention to detail and effective reporting skills to ensure work is evidence-based.

As an agile team we are quick to learn and adapt, so we're looking for someone who's keen to contribute to this.
