**Labourers - Permanent - Newtownabbey**

**Duties**:

- Carry out track safety duties such as Lookout, TSC, ES & PICOP.
- Assist skilled Trades Persons with daily labouring duties. i.e., Electricians, Plumbers and Joiners.
- Drive company vehicles to various locations throughout Northern Ireland.
- Collect and deliver building materials.
- Perform such duties as, power washing, cleaning, winter salting of platforms and general construction work. The role will require the use of various plant and machinery and include work at heights.
- Maintain and repair bus stops and timetables across Northern Ireland.

**Criteria**:

- Previous similar experience
- Awareness and understanding of customer needs
- Flexible attitude to work. Ability to work weekends and out of normal hours
- Able to work at heights
- Have a valid driving licence
