- **Full UK Driving License is required as the Support Worker role will have some driving responsibilities as well.**

- Communication: Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records.
- Medication Management: Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.
- Safety and Environment: Maintain a safe, clean-living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
